Original Rosemount Radar Level Gauge Sensor 5408 Series Non Contact Radar Level Gauge
Product Description
The Rosemount 5408 non-contact radar/level transmitter adopts enhanced technology and a people-oriented design, which can accurately and reliably measure liquid and solid materials. The Rosemount 5408 uses dual line frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology and intelligent echo monitoring technology to deploy continuous echoes, which can fully enhance the radar signal strength and achieve more stable and reliable measurements. The Rosemount 5408 is easy to use and can guide operators through installation, debugging, validation testing, and maintenance through an intuitive software interface. The powerful onboard diagnostic kit can actively monitor the health status of the transmitter and issue alerts when problems occur. Rosemount 5408: SIS has passed IEC 61508 safety certification and is suitable for SIL 2 applications, which can reduce risk costs, improve efficiency, and protect personnel and the environment.
Product Features
1. Adopting Smart Echo Supervision ™ The Rosemount non-contact radar product of this technology can track all echoes, including the echoes of obstacles inside the container, and distinguish them from the echoes on the real product surface. This ensures reliable and accurate reporting of the actual product liquid level;
2.12V DC low lift voltage;
3. Not affected by intermittent power outages;
4. Unique PTFE sealing design, no O-ring required;
5. This model is customized according to SIS requirements and complies with the IEC 61508 SIL 2 certification standard;
