FTI55 Series Solid Capacitor Level Gauge Limit Detection Switch 

 

The Solicap FTI55 fully insulated or semi insulated rod probe can be used for limit detection of small and rough solid particles. With its automatic adhesion compensation function, this probe can provide the highest measurement reliability, obtain various relevant certifications and licenses, and has a wide range of applications. The structure is sturdy, with a lateral tensile load of up to 300Nm and high measurement accuracy. This integrated transmitter is suitable for extreme detection of small and rough solid particles and can operate in bottom or high limit safety failure modes. Due to its sturdy structure, it can perform high-precision measurements under extremely high lateral tensile loads (the maximum load of the rod sensor is 300Nm)

2. Quick and easy calibration and debugging through button operation ；
3. Through various certifications and licenses, it has a wide range of applications.；
4. Two level overvoltage protection to prevent static discharge of storage tanks；
5. Equipped with automatic adhesion compensation function for solid particles with agglomeration tendency (under development) ；
6. The permanent self-monitoring function of electronic components enhances safety；
7. Both pole sensors (semi insulated) and cable sensors (semi insulated or fully insulated) can have their probes shortened, reducing inventory costs；
