In the doctoral research project on optical fiber technology at Shenzhen University, precise high-pressure measurement and calibration were essential for ensuring the accuracy and stability of experimental data. To meet these demanding requirements, XINYIYB provided the YWQ-1481 high-pressure calibration pump and the YW-100B digital pressure gauge (250 MPa, 0.05% FS accuracy).
The YWQ-1481 calibration pump was selected for its ability to generate stable and controllable high-pressure conditions, making it an ideal tool for pressure sensor testing and calibration in optical fiber experiments. The YW-100B digital pressure gauge, with its high accuracy (0.05% FS) and broad pressure range (up to 250 MPa), ensured precise real-time pressure monitoring, critical for the project’s high-pressure optical fiber research.
Both instruments underwent strict calibration and quality control before deployment to guarantee long-term stability, reliability, and accuracy. Their successful integration into the research project helped Shenzhen University’s doctoral team achieve highly accurate pressure measurement and calibration, supporting breakthroughs in high-pressure optical fiber technology.
